FOUR HINTS FOR FASTER REBATE FULFILLMENT

1. Make copies of all the items you send in.
2. Keep your dated sales invoice, you will need to send this in.
3. Keep your original Bestop Product Label/UPC Code from the box. It will look like the image below.
4. Make sure to use the official form.

UPC Code Example

To receive your $100 rebate, please follow these steps:

1. Purchase one of the qualifying part numbers listed.
2. Fill out this rebate form completely and clearly or go to www.Bestop.com/Rebate and print a form to fill out.
3. Circle the qualifying purchase on your dated sales receipt, invoice or packing slip.
4. Include the original Bestop product label which shows the UPC code product part number and brief product description, located on the package label. Copies will not be accepted. See sample picture of a product label on right.
5. In one envelope mail completed rebate form, dated sales receipt/invoice/packing slip, and the original product label described above to address below.
